GetHuman-parel09: purchased phone for a child and explained to natalie at warren ave east providence store it was a christmas gift and wanted to ensure it could be exchanged. she showed me * phones to choose from. i chose one and * days later (today is *th day) i went with the child to exchange and was told sorry that was final sale. I have case and ** gig chip for this which i need to exchange.
