~HappyCustomer: I called today thinking I'd need a new phone because most of my screen had disappeared. The rep had me hold down the power, volume up and volume down all at the same time, the phone re-booted and it's working fine again! I am so relieved!!!!

~HappyCustomer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~HappyCustomer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HTC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~HappyCustomer: For that I would say four out of five.
