GetHuman-347767:I ordered a bed and was told that I would be contacted between *-** days. I was never contacted. I contacted them to see about when my bed would be delivered. I was told it would arrive * days from the day that I called. I called the day before the day that they told me it would arrive and was told that they didn't know where it was or when to expect it. Primarily because they just hand it off to a trucking company and they are out of the picture from that point on. However they did charge my credit card right away then just dropped the ball. The customer service reps seemed to be doing the best they could with what they have to work with. The biggest problem seems to be in the poor overall system. It appears to me that they just got into the ecommerce biz yesterday even though I know they have been doing it for a while. Just haven't figured it out yet.
