GetHuman-westga: Love ordering from them but they drop ball with costumer service and accountability.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-westga: This rating in totality is because of customer service. From the time you call that number it has no where to go but negative. I hope all the short cuts in this area are worth the dissatisfied customers. It's most divinitly affected my spending with them. I don't have all day to beg for credits and other issues that customer service just disregards. And then waits for you to hang up first so you don't rate the call. Simply rediculis. It cost me more to call them then not. That says a lot. I have no problem in ordering, no problem in paying my bill. Just costumer service!!!! To cancel a order just placed should be simple but it was a disaster for me. And why do I have to beg for pro mo credits offered by YOU!! Follow through with what you start
