~CayBay: TIP: when being transferred to yet another National Grid dept by an agent, request the name and direct phone number of that new dept first, in case you're disconnected... I asked the same question of * different customer service agents and was transferred to the wrong dept * times until I was finally transferred to the correct dept... the MARKETING dept is in charge of new accounts never serviced by National Grid... who knew?? apparently only one out of seven customer service reps, that's who!

~CayBay: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~CayBay: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about National Grid's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CayBay: For that I would say three out of five.
