~L Hicks: After resetting password, and receiving confirmation email from DTV, our account was locked and needed to be reset. Was on hold for OVER * *** hours. I decided to wait to see just how long it would take... still waiting.

~L Hicks: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
