GetHuman-summerno: I think it is extremely arrogant that a company who has so many people that may have questions and who pay for a service through them think they are too good to post their phone number on their website in clear site and easy to find. What this looks like to many customers is the company does not want to be bothered with having to talk to someone to hear their problem. That's a bunch of **** to me esecailly seeing that a large portion of their targeted customers are senior citizens so to make it even more difficult for them they are doing. If I was someone looking to find care I could not find the support number. I would never use that company. Huge corporations need to remember a time when business used to put their phone number everywhere because that is how they gained business and now since the business grows your customer service and support to them no longer exists. It should be a complement to that people still even use this service.... *@sholes...

GetHuman-summerno: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
