GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-jweeksss: I keep trying to contact care.com. They won't allow me to make an account since they say my background didn't pass years ago. Well I never had a background done. I even called sterling the company that does the backgrounds. Never had one done. They even checked with my Ssn number. Care keeps saying they can't fix this issue. They don't allow me to speak to a manager or anything. I have emailed and called multiple times. I deserve a fair shot at a job because I know for a fact nothing on my background would cause issues as I worked at a hospital.

GetHuman-jweeksss: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jweeksss: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jweeksss: For that I would say one out of five.
