~chrisnyc1: Assurance Wireless has the absolute worst customer service bar none. The supervisor I spoke to, Che, refused to listen or imagine that there are inherent problems with Assurance Wireless databases. My account was accidentally shut off and all information regarding my ** minute plan was erased for the last two years. Che was rude, unprofessional and demeaning in his refusal to acknowledge that I have been a paying customer! I have forwarded Visa bills and my Virgin Mobile*Assurance Account page to T*****@***.com (which is Assurane's customer service center). No response, but no surprise there. Avoid Assurance Wireless at all costs.
