~PatriciaMaguire: INCREDIBLY disappointing company. I rent my home to someone, have perfect communication, and reception with this person as my guest.* days into their * day stay they get fully refunded even though neither one of us cancelled. there was no cancellation email. I have waited a week to figure out what glitch is wrong on their end, bc for no reason this occurred and they have the nerve to suggest to my guest to go stay in a HOTEL, while I am NOT paid out at all. WHEN YOU CALL---NO ONE has answers, and they lie--telling you someone from the "RIGHT TEAM" will return your call. I have waited * days and only received an email from the first person I spoke to, which seems none of the customer service reps are trained to do any problem solving.
