~Huy Hoang: Rented a * bedrooms villa for * nights in Vung Tau, Viet Nam. I paid the full amount * month before arrival. I recieved an invoice, letter of confirmation and hotel voucher. Upon arrival we found out it has been double booked. Called Agoda and it's basically to bad for you. We will refund your money but it could take up to a month. It took them less than one day to process my payment. They don't care that I have lost money or time trying to get the villa.

~Huy Hoang: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Huy Hoang: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Agoda's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Huy Hoang: For that I would say one out of five.
