GetHuman-fat: I made reservation through Agoda website for a suite for * nights , location in Jeddah IN SAUDI ARABIA , the reservation no. Is ********* , payment was done and reservation is confirmed by an email from Agoda .*The issue is that on my arrival to the location there was no massage revived to the furnished suite regarding my reservation , moreover I tried contact Agoda customer services but there is only recorded masssge and cannot talk to any officer.*Finally I made another reservation on site with new payment.*Now Agoda must refund back my payment for the above reservation no. And compensate me for the inconveniences they made me.*Hope I deceive a possitovr response.
