~Carol: Purchased lamp for christmas present----broken in shipping due to poor packing of item -----talked to E-Bay and PayPal -----not resolved. PayPal sent form letter to me to return the lamp (ceramic and Glass shade which is broken) in "original condition" which was "excellent" to seller. Since item is not in excellent condition since shipping broke it, I am uncertain how sending the shade shards and disassembled ceramic figurine is going to be original "excellent" condition.

~Carol: For that I would say three out of five.
