GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~mrs.lojo: The online was very frustrating. Finally got a human using this number and she was very helpful. We were trying to return a kayak that had been shipped to us, and was the wrong one. The resent the correct kayak (even though they told us it was no longer in stock, after throwing a fight they were able to cough one up.) We tried to return it multiple times online, but no one came for it. Walmart was going to charge us for the wrong kayak they shipped us, and wouldn't pick up. Hopefully, Megan,will help us settle it. She has been very helpful tonight.
