~js: UPS has done a wonderful job of promoting FedEx, whenever I have the option I always ship with FedEx or USPS because at least then I know the person will actually receive it. Every time I ask them to leave a package or sign the back I always come home to another notice asking me to sign the back to have them leave the package. I work during the day (like most people) and cannot be expected to take a day off work because the the fate of my delivery is left up the the drivers discretion* mood. I then tried logging onto my choice to select leave the package and the site decided that I was not the person I claimed to be, funny their computer system seems to know my birthday better than I do. UPS you make my life a hassle, please change your policies or let other people take over your orders.

~js: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~js: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~js: For that I would say five out of five.
