~L in: Spoke to mr Javier about wife phone .Take battery out spins it on table says its bad.The slim card is bad too. Ican buy new a Battery Plus and chip a best buy .So I go and get what he says ,because I did not wont to buy a new phone that he wanted to sell me.Whent back to store with phone new parts in it still doing same thing.Manger Becky comes up and says I will take it apart and see what problem is .Takes it apart and says water damage,I said to her why didnt Mr Jauier get off his butt and do this the first time I was here .So then Ms Becky say ,s it could be moister,I sayed then phone dosent have proper seal, then she gos on to say it could of been droped in watter,it could of been this and that But you can get a nother phone if you pay a ***,** dectible. the phone isnt worth a ***,** dollars May I should buy a ***,** dollar phone like they wanted my wife and I to buy.Were in our **s do you thint we realy need that type of phone you f----ing idots.Belive me when contract is up *****
