~guruwan2b: My first bill was just activation, the second bill was double what I should be paying. Horrible customer service with one person telling me one thing and another one telling me something different.

~guruwan2b: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~guruwan2b: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~guruwan2b: For that I would say five out of five.
