GetHuman-rfinch: Vanessa in the Charlotte, NC call center was a pleasure to deal with and was exceptional at helping me through my issues with my bill. I was mislead at the retail store I purchased my phones through and would be very reluctant to stay with Sprint moving forward. Vanessa is the only reason I have not switched carriers today.
