~kingluck42811: I went to the Sprint Store in the Robinson PA Mall and asked them to look into why my phone does not receive calls when I have cell service and the caller gets a busy signal. They told me simply that since I have a Google Voice Account and because "Google and Apple do not like each other that I need to remove Google Voice to resolve this issue" I did not believe this so I did some research and it turned out that turning off Imessage resolved my issue because the issue was only happening when receiving calls fromm phones other than Iphones. When I added a second line they made me remove the Google Voice when this should have had nothing to do with my phone at all.
