~Terry: No one will honor the loyalty program, at the store or customer care, very frustrating. Now we are told Lg Phones are not even on the loyalty program and we have to return them. Really? If I knew this was going to be a big deal we would not get additional phones with you all and switch carriers. Very frustrating, I hate goting to the store, don't trust you service, nor do I feel compelled to recommend someone to get service with sprint.

~Terry: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Terry: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Terry: For that I would say three out of five.
