~Doris: After speaking with too many representatives in a * day period -- *.* hrs, I have not been able to upgrade my phone. When I asked to be transferred to the Retention Dept. Glizel ********** said there was not a Retention dept. I asked at least *-* times, she finally said she would let me speak with her supervisor. (Funny, the supervisor sound just like Glizel). Long story short, after more than ** yrs. with Sprint, I'm done. AT&T, here I come!

~Doris: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Doris: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Doris: For that I would say two out of five.
