~Mike Mikkelsen: The orders went fairly well but * of the parts did not fit or were incorrect. I tried we several times to contact customer support but it would not all me to send notice because there was an error with the Captcha text which tried about ** times and 're-did the support twice. First time I called I pressed ** for "other needs" and it just disconnected me. I called again and pressed ** for sales, waited *** minutes and nobody answered.

~Mike Mikkelsen: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
