~candice moore: My name is Candice Moore and I've been working with net** for well over ** days now and still I have no working phone and I can't seem to get any help the people who answer the phone are very disrespectful and they make it seem like we as paying customers that we need to wait on them and it not okay because if I had to pay my phone bill they would be all over me but to get my phone fix its taking *mounths and still no type of help your company needs to be shut down asap
