GetHuman-229119: I like purchasing from LITB. It is very convenient for me since I can buy very fashion, trendy items not leaving home and I can do it any time. Selection of the goods is large and price is reasonable. Period of delivery is different and depends on how many items did you order, sometimes they split delivery into several parts to make a shipment quicker. Quality of the products is not always good. I mean, sometimes they sew without proper accuracy or fabric was very cheap, or a size of the item is far from the standard that pointed in the table. It happens sometimes, however, in general, I was satisfied with their work. Customer service always respond on your request or keeps a ticket opened until the problem is resolved.
