~Bay: I had trouble finding a number on their website, but on this one I found it easy. When I called, I expected to wait a long time and I didn't. Customer service answered all my questions. Good company as far as I can see

~Bay: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bay: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Bay: For that I would say two out of five.
