Last January **** I went online to get a ONE TIME * month service on Care.com....WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, one month after my * month plan expired they not only upgraded me to a Premium account but they authorized charging me every * months for the Premium Plan! I received NO notification that they were doing this...they simple reprocessed my credit card on their own when they wanted to. Then on top of this racket, they list their name as CCI on my credit card statement so there would be NO WAY on earth I would ever know this was a charge from Care.com! Horrible business practices..and if that isn't enough after being charged fraudulently $***.** - I receive a stock email from their customer service rep saying she won't be able to credit anything - are you kidding me. I am going to tell everyone I know - for as long as I can - NOT to use this company. Also, we did find a few caregivers that we would consider....but most of them wanted $** to sit on their asses and do no

~mjenkins: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mjenkins: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mjenkins: For that I would say one out of five.
