~Sheila: I called today to top up and every time I call this number I get very good service, not a long wait at all. I understood the rep and he was very knowledgeable of what I needed. He also gave me additional information on how to top up on my phone if I wanted to. You can dial *** on your phone option** to add the money on your account and then call *** back again and choose option ** to make sure your min is added and not charging you .** per min. So that was great information for those of you that don't want to wait a min or two. If you do chose to call the toll free the quickest way is to press option ** and just wait don't put in your pin or nothing and the rep will be on the line to assist you in a matter of mins. That's what I'm talking about good customer service and the the wait time is what every customer dream of when they are trying to handle business. Trust me I know this work. I call this number every month to top up and I never had to experience long waiting time.....Good Lu
