~Dave: I was able to finally get a live person, they said "hello" went silent and hung up on me. I have a simple question that requires more than an automated response. Apple your customer service is far far below what I would expect of what it is portrayed to be. You fail!!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting iTunes. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a iTunes problem?
~Dave: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dave: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iTunes's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dave: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other iTunes customers?
