~nans11: I have been trying to activate my software since May *st! Call, on hold for over an hour and a half, supposedly transferring me to Synex. Finally on Synex, holding again! Hung up. I have had it! Contacting Attorney General!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WalMart.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WalMart.com problem?
~nans11: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nans11: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nans11: For that I would say five out of five.
