~Fran: I've always been happy with Virgin Mobile's support. When there's a technical issue with the phone or service, it can take a while on hold and a transfer to Tier* support. However, they*ve always been able to help me. But, when there's an issue with the account, customer service is always friendly and quick to solve the problem.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Virgin Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Virgin Mobile problem?
~Fran: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Fran: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Virgin Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Fran: For that I would say five out of five.
