~SomeDudeInNY: I don't know if they're using people that can speak english fluently or the call center is somewhere like Bangladesh but it's horrible how I can't understand him, or him me!the service was "ok" since my internet magically started working again while on the phone with him and the ***** turned into *****... this is the third time this has happened (problems with the wifi and internet going to ***** at best)...
