~beccal23224: I have been fighting with the water co. since they back billed me for a year (after replacing my meter). I received a shut off notice telling me to pay x amount of $ prior to **** (paid it at the downtown water co on ****) and my water was still shut off. Then I called said I could pay X amount of $ over the phone which I did and when I called to confirm they said I still owed more (this was after the first customer service agent talked to her supervisor and I was on hold for ** minutes). The NEXT day I called to confirm what I needed to pay and was told that on my next bill I would also pay $** fee for a paddlock. I have never seen a paddlock worth that much (It is only a plastic loop). Monkeys could do a better job....if you could only get the same answer to your question instead of variables depending on who you talk to and what time of day it is.
