~TLG: they keep double billing and can not get it fixed won't refund my money but if the bill didn't get paid they sure would cut off my service. Please do not use T mobile. They are probably using my money to buy out other companies contracts. T mobile *****...

~TLG: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TLG: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TLG: For that I would say four out of five.
