GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-hermosa: I have been having trouble with my phone: data & text messages. I went to the Sprint Store in Addison, Il, on Saturday and a representative helped me by updating my phone and it was working fine after a while, but then it started to act up again and I had to keep restarting my phone over and over. Alex the rep that helped me also told me that if it started to act weird again, to go to the repair center in Rolling Meadows, and I went yesterday (Sunday). The representative that helped me was rude and said that it was my fault that the phone wasn't working because I had it on Do not disturb mode, but I didn't!! He did the same thing Alex did and said, "It's working fine. Here, all you needed was to update the PRL." Then I said, " But Alex did that yesterday and it only worked for a while." He gave me back my phone and said that there was nothing wrong, but it is still being weird. So overall, I am very upset and dissatisfied with the service I received, and I would like to know what you can do to help me? Thanks!
