My Call contacts transferd but my phone number was lost and over * days and ** hrs of my time, the *th Rep. told me it was sent back to carrier, but the *th Rep guaranteed me that within a few hrs the phone would working with my old number. * days later and I am stuck with another number and hundreds of people to try and contact. Every Service Rep gave ma a different story and steps to take, which did not work. So you can guess the rest.
