~Alfonso and Mary: I added Mexico coverage to both of our MetroPCS phones and while in Mexico WE HAD NO SERVICE. (FYI:The City we were staying at is the second largest city in Mexico, it should have worked!) We used a land line to call the store we purchased the phones in Michigan, Mohamed (Mo) placed us on a three way call to customer service and the Phones worked for a week only. I called on my return to the USA the Corporate Customer service line spoke with David and he removed the Mexico extra charges to our phones from the two month trip to Mexico. Thank you David. The phone I used to call customer service was a MetroPCS phone and it was hard to hear, it was cracking while we talked but David was very courteous and prompt on fixing my problem. We have removed the Mexico coverage to our phones since it did not work for us. A.G.

~Alfonso and Mary: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Alfonso and Mary: For that I would say three out of five.
