~bunnyj: These people have no way to contact them. Phone answer says "number is temporarily out of service", emails bring no response, I tried chat today and no answer. I bought a purse for a wedding and as I was walking out of my front door the chain broke. I am actually not even trying to contact them about this. I just want my name of their email list. It infuriates me to keep getting emails from a company that is not responsive to customers. Do they have any humans over there?
