GetHuman826: Botched installation, overcharged on home depot account, refund not processed, failure to supervise installation
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman826: Hone depot designed my cabinets but what I received were wrong and the installation is poorly done. It has taken over * months and they are still not done. They charged my home depot account claiming that they would refund and credit the account but instead kept adding more charges. In addition, I was to receive * manufacturer's cash credit that never materialized and they still have not completed the installation nor given us a completion date
