~Hydie Pendleton: I called and asked a question about changing the date of my ticket. They kindly told me it would be $** which I knew, Just wanted to make sure it was ok. :) Happy to know I can leave a day early for holiday

~Hydie Pendleton: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Hydie Pendleton: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hydie Pendleton: For that I would say two out of five.
