GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Google customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DerbyQueen: Google really doesn't care about customer service, have tried for MONTHS to get them to correct my name & then doesn't do it. Also google search & play store doesn't work past couple weeks & response I get says to log into my gmail account but no login screen comes up, then they keep chsnging my login main email address is through AOL...I never even use gmail! KRAZY! GOOGLE PLZ FIX UR ISSUES OR HAVE "CHARLES" OR "CHAR" PAY MY CELLULAR BILLS. I GIVE GOOGLE AN -* RATING which is worse than horrible. Google has gotten too big for their britches & need to focus on Customer Service instead of further stuffing their vaults with billions of dollars which customers like me gave you too much cash to get Google where it stsnds now, smh...their lack of service & greediness puts them right up with AT&T which is so money focused & anti American. Grrrr....

~DerbyQueen: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DerbyQueen: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Google's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DerbyQueen: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Google customers?
