~any customer : Not only did the woman not help me with my issues regarding a mistake on their end, she was extremely rude and kept asking for me to buy a new policy. How annoying!? This company needs a class action law-suit brought against them regarding how they misrepresent their "quotes" and then try to force you to buy unnecessary things for your policy over the phone. I strongly dislike this company.
