GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's GEICO customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~thruwithgeico: Called ***-***-**** customer service to change credit card number after Home Depot was hacked and credit card invalidated by my credit union. Got voice directions forever. Could not reach a human no matter what I said or keyed in. I'm changing my insurance company. Even if the new company has the same old automated ****, at least it will be different ****. Keep changing until I get better service. Don't much care about the cost anymore.

~thruwithgeico: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~thruwithgeico: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GEICO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~thruwithgeico: For that I would say five out of five.
