~Clarice: They never asked for my number. Only asked if I wanted to do tech support by telephone or with a customer service rep. I said rep and a woman came on immediately. Soooo much better than Comcast or Astound!!!!!

~Clarice: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Clarice: For that I would say five out of five.
