~terrylee: This was my *th phone call to CVS caremark customer service. It was also my *th "Different" answer as to why my problem still exists. We have been attempting for * weeks to get our prescription membership cards. Each of the * people we talked to said that they were having the cards issued. They never came, and there were * different answers as to why not from each of them. I'm ticked off. Only thing good, is that the phone number worked. Nearly impossible to find a phone number for CVS*Caremark unless you have your member card. Until you get it, you are "SOL"

~terrylee: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~terrylee: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~terrylee: For that I would say three out of five.
