~Dore D'Alleva: I needed my pin * to pull up my account and I did not have one...Jasoon also said I was incorrect about my favorite city..I do not know about this. My phone is somewhere in the house and I cannot find it..I cannot call it because I was going to charge it and misplaced it...U all have my tele.*,address,etc,,,all forms were signed. I do not see the reason for not issuing a new phone...look I am an old woman...** plus and forgetful,etc. Can u please help me w*this problem? Thank u so much.
