~amckib: I have waited almost * YEAR for completion of my Lifeline contract. I gave up calling Cust. Srvs. They did not understand, or intentionally lied. In Jan I was promised an answer in *-* days. As of March * I have heard nothing. My first phone was sent to an address in a city where I have never lived. Customer Service wanted to know when I had moved. They did not understand I had not moved. This has been one ***** up after another. I wanted to get a hold of corporate. Was told Corp. has neither a phone * or email adddress.

~amckib: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~amckib: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
