~Fred: Waiting time was horrible, first call rep answereed after ** minutes on hold, said your confirmation was good and hung up.I never said a word. Called the second time and was once again placed in the hold pattern for ** additional waisted minutes.*Rep was very helpful but the waiting time is totally off the scale. I would think that customer service at all levels would be priorty. There is a real need to re-evaluate your on line customer service.

~Fred: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
