GetHuman-kenwayn: Canadian spelling on Canadian site
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-kenwayn: Yahoo Canada continually spells words in the British manner rather than accepting the Canadian form of spelling. Words such as hospitalize or recognize etc. are spelled in Canada using a "z" and not an "s". You should be accepting and using the Canadian spelling of words if you expect Canadians to use Yahoo Canada.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yahoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yahoo problem?
GetHuman-kenwayn: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-kenwayn: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-kenwayn: For that I would say four out of five.
