~Mbgskyline: I co tated customer service due to a line used to call our security company in case of fire. and it had no dial tone. Customer proceed to argue with me that is was a land line that I need to test first, which obviously had been done as the Company was the one that test daily and notified us. After getting no where I asked what his name was (Denny) and to speak to his supervisor and he ignored me and continued to tell me that I made no sense as Verizon is a company sellong phone lines not a security system company. I finally hung up on him and called back to get someone that listened and helped resolve the problem.i shouldn't have to ** mins debating anything, he should listen, and schedule an appointment.

~Mbgskyline: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
