~ex transunion customer: I understood this lady too well. I called to cancel, and had to repeat it to her several times. She kept reading me the benefits and offering me discounts and after ** minutes I had to interupt her by saying "mam.. mam.. mam.. escuse me MAM! I am ***% sure I want to cancel can you please cancel my subscription?" At that point she became short with me me and tried to convince me to keep the service. At that point I became frustrated with her and told her to please cancel my service or let me speak to someone who would. After ** minutes on the phone she finally relented.
